ISI Kashmir strategy : Girls should be involved in more operations

In all Valley operations, with the exception of those involving serious militancy, Kashmiri ladies should be more heavily involved, according to one of the new ISI policies for Kashmir.

United Jihad Council (UJC) Pakistan has chosen to use local girls/ women to support the so-called spontaneous protests in Kashmir as part of this strategy. A UJC meeting was conducted in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir's Muzaffarabad and it was planned to enlist the aid of local Kashmiri females in organising the valley's purportedly spontaneous youth demonstrations. Members of the group addressed how the Indian government hesitates to book girls under the Public Safety Act (PSA) and arrest them even when they are the protest's leaders for any demonstration that violates law and order.

The ISI received feedback from local "journalists" and other terrorists operating in Kashmir who are linked to Pakistan. They claimed that if any protest is led by girls, the protest's photos will be more powerful. Pakistan more forcefully spins its false narratives about Kashmir using these images. Therefore, at its meeting, UJC determined that local girls would be more involved in leading the protests. The local youngsters who were part of the terror network would gravitate toward the back in greater numbers.

The UJC members named three women's colleges from which young women would be selected to spearhead protests in the valley. The agitations were to be planned with Jamaat e Islami's covert assistance. However, the National Investigation Agency's raids on several Jamaat e Islami leaders' homes put the UJC's preparations for carrying them out in jeopardy. The so-called spontaneous protests, which would be led by females, would start in 2022, UJC agreed.

According to reliable sources, this strategy's effective implementation is now being prepared for. The conference covered the topic of how young men connected to the terror network are reluctant to take a leading part in any public unrest following the repeal of Article 370. Members of the UJC agreed that providing the girls a prominent part during the agitation would help it appear more credible locally, inside India, and worldwide. Images from these demonstrations and agitations also make for better optics for fabricating false narratives about Kashmir.

According to sources, certain recent protests that the youth of Srinagar staged are a part of this plot. Girls were in the front row of these protests. These demonstrations are a part of the technique used to train Kashmiri girls to lead protests.
